Vigest is a video analysis service operated by PROLIKE (프로라이크).
Sole proprietor: Wonje Jang (장원제).
Inquiries regarding the service or these Terms may be submitted to contact@vigest.io.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues invoices and receipts, and handles payment-related customer service inquiries and returns (refunds).
You purchase subscriptions from Paddle, and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply at checkout. PROLIKE provides the Vigest service, and these Terms govern its use.
Pro pricing and automatic renewal
Pro is a monthly subscription with a base price of US$6.99. Where an explicit local price is configured, that price applies instead of an automatic currency conversion. Check the currency, tax, final total and recurring interval at checkout. Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or international-payment fees separately.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Signing in or opening checkout alone does not take payment. Pro access follows the period funded by a confirmed successful payment. Manage payment methods and receipts through Settings → Payment methods & receipts.
Cancellation and failed renewals
Use Settings → Cancel subscription to stop future renewals and check the result. Already-paid access continues until its end date. Cancellation alone does not refund previous payments.
A failed renewal preserves the already-paid period. Free limits apply after it ends. A later successful payment tops up the relevant Pro period, accounting for Free usage and pending reservations within that period. Canceling a past-due subscription may end the subscription immediately; already-funded access is handled separately.
Refund policy
You can request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of its payment date, for any reason and regardless of usage. Requests made in Settings → Request refund are submitted to Paddle without a separate review. To prevent repeated charge-and-refund cycles, a further request from an account that received an automatic refund in the last 90 days is reviewed before processing. For payments older than 14 days, service issues or duplicate charges, contact contact@vigest.io.
The 14-day refund period applies separately to the first payment and to each monthly renewal. A further request from an account that received an automatic refund in the last 90 days is reviewed before processing, including after deleting and re-registering, using the prevention record described in the Privacy Policy (kept 90 days after deletion). Refunds may be declined for abuse such as repeated charge-and-refund cycles (Paddle refund policy, section 1.3). Requests within statutory refund periods are always processed directly, regardless of repetition: seven days from the payment date for South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada, five days for Singapore, 14 days for the first subscription payment in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK, and 14 days for Turkey and Israel. Where applicable law grants a longer period or more favorable rights, those rights prevail.
Requesting and receiving a refund
In Settings → Request refund, check the current subscription payment and select your reason. The request includes stopping renewals for that subscription. Track Paddle approval and the processing outcome in Vigest. Submission does not mean a refund has completed.
An approved full refund ends the associated subscription and access funded by that payment. Renewal cancellation remains if the refund is declined. Where possible, funds return to the original payment method. Approval and settlement timing depend on the applicable process and payment method; mandatory deadlines take precedence.
Contact us about earlier or ended payments missing from the list, duplicate charges, service defects or statutory rights. Absence from the self-service list does not remove refund rights. Include your sign-in email, payment date, transaction reference and reason, but never card numbers or CVCs.
Service and applicable terms
Vigest provides summaries, Video Flow, tools and resources, translations, and digests based on selected channel or video information and available captions. Features and limits may depend on your plan, trial, or access permissions.
Users should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the service. Features using YouTube API Services are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and by using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms.
YouTube imports and channel connections
Importing subscriptions saves channels to your account interests; it does not subscribe or unsubscribe on YouTube. Feed connections are chosen separately and subject to plan limits. Disconnecting a feed channel keeps its interest entry. The Privacy Policy describes cleanup following access revocation, account deletion or expiry of unrefreshed imported data.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Protect access to your account. Do not use someone else’s account or misrepresent your authorization.
- Request analysis only within the scope permitted by applicable law and source-platform terms. Circumventing protections on private, paid, or access-restricted content, or infringing others’ rights, is not allowed.
- Do not bypass credit or request limits, abuse accounts or trials, send abnormal bulk requests, or compromise service security.
Caption and AI limitations
Analysis may be unavailable when captions cannot be obtained, content is too short, or processing limits are exceeded. Unsupported requests stop with a reason and reserved credits are returned. Exhausting your allowance blocks additional analysis; it does not trigger an automatic extra charge.
Captions may contain recognition errors or omissions. AI results may contain factual errors, missing context, inaccurate translations, or incorrect links. Analysis primarily uses available captions and video information and may miss visual, audio, or contextual information absent from those inputs. We do not manually review every full video or guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Results support learning and research. They do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice. Users should verify the source material and reliable references before making significant decisions or sharing or publishing results.
Rights in source content and results
Rights in original videos, captions, images, and brands remain with their respective owners. Receiving a Vigest result does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use the source content.
You are responsible for checking necessary permissions and facts and complying with applicable law when using, sharing, publishing, or distributing results. Submitting a link does not grant Vigest rights in source content that you do not hold.
AI results may resemble other users’ results. We do not guarantee exclusivity or copyright eligibility. Video-level results may be reused for other requests.
Credits and analysis requests
- The standard allowance is 200 credits per Free monthly account-anniversary period and 3,000 credits per funded Pro billing period, with no rollover. A failed renewal preserves Pro until the already-paid period ends; Free limits apply afterward. If payment is confirmed later, we top up to the Pro allowance for that period, accounting for Free credits already used and pending reservations in that period. Duplicate payment notifications do not grant credits again.
- The request screen displays required credits and applicable conditions. Base video analysis costs one credit per minute, with partial minutes rounded up. If the final estimate is at least 1.5 times the base estimate and the increase is at least 10 credits, we show the revised total and request approval. Otherwise, the base estimate applies.
- Credits may be reserved or deducted when you request analysis. If additional credits are needed, we show the requirement and ask for approval before continuing.
- If analysis fails, or you use a cancellation offered on screen before delivery is confirmed, the credits for that request are returned. The same cancellation and return conditions do not apply to results already completed.
- Access to existing results and renewal costs follow the request-screen conditions. A new analysis may require credits when an earlier result has been archived or retired.
- Credits are service-use units, not cash. Analysis credit returns are separate from payment refunds. Payment refunds follow the eligibility and process described above.
30-day missions and rewards
Missions run for 30 KST calendar days, with the signup date as Day 1. Welcome missions grant 10 credits each, once: connect three channels, acquire summaries covering 100 minutes of distinct videos, and view your first ready personal Digest. Daily missions grant 5 credits each, once per day: view a video summary, including previously read or newly generated summaries and successfully submit feedback. Opening a ready summary result counts once per day, including revisiting it. Generation requests and failure notices alone do not count. Completing either daily mission counts toward cumulative completed days. Claim 10, 20, 30 and 100 credits at 7, 14, 21 and 30 completed days. Missed days keep prior progress. All rewards require an explicit claim after achievement; previously awarded rewards are not paid twice.
Claimed rewards are added to the available balance alongside the base 200 / 3,000 monthly credits. Reward-specific expiry dates remain in effect. Daily rewards expire at the end of the achievement day (00:00 KST the next day), welcome rewards at the current usage-period end, and milestone rewards 30 days after achievement. Rewards with the earliest expiry are used first. Failed or cancelled requests keep the original reward expiry; expired rewards are not converted into base credits. Mission rewards end after 30 days while the base monthly allowance continues.
External services and resource links
Vigest is not operated or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Vigest uses external AI APIs and services including YouTube. Our Privacy Policy lists the connected AI provider and candidates. Provider changes or outages and source removal may limit analysis or links.
External links and search results do not imply warranty, endorsement, or affiliation. External content, prices, and availability may change, and generated links may be inaccurate. Check the destination before relying on it. The destination’s own terms and privacy policies apply when you open a link.
Rights complaints and restrictions
Report suspected privacy or copyright infringement to contact@vigest.io, identifying the source, the relevant Vigest page, the issue, and your basis for the claim. We may request additional information needed to review the report.
To respond to complaints, legal requirements, security risks, or violations, we may temporarily hide results or restrict analysis or accounts as necessary. Where practical, we explain the reason and outcome and review appeals.
Service changes and interruptions
Scheduled maintenance and material changes to paid features or service conditions will be announced through the service or by email before taking effect. Where advance notice is impracticable, such as a security incident or unexpected provider outage, we will explain the cause and impact as soon as practicable.
If an interruption or change prevents delivery of the agreed paid service, we will assess its impact and duration and communicate remedies, such as restoration, an access-period adjustment, or a refund, under applicable law and payment terms. Analysis-credit returns and payment refunds are separate processes. An external provider outage does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and consumer rights
The Vigest service relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer or privacy protections applicable in the user's country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law; these Terms do not improperly restrict statutory courts or remedies. The separately disclosed buyer terms apply to purchases from Paddle.
Responsibility and limitations
The service and results are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, error-free delivery, or continued availability of external services.
You are responsible for your unlawful use or infringement of others’ rights. This does not transfer all responsibilities owed by Vigest to you.
These Terms do not exclude liability for Vigest’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Deletion, changes, and contact
You can request account deletion in Settings after any open checkout or subscription ends. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate; assistance with ending a checkout or subscription is available through support. Our Privacy Policy explains account deletion and the separate retention of shared video analysis.
Material changes will be published with an updated date and applicable notices. Contact contact@vigest.io for service, terms, or dispute-related questions.
